When can I move in?
We like to stay pretty
flexible. You can move in anytime during business hours, 7 days a week.
How much notice do I need to give before I move out?
We request a written
notice 10 days prior to move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a
government-issued ID (for example, a driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
and two phone numbers.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No. We rent on a month-to-month
basis, so stay for however long or however short you need.
Do I need staff assistance to pass through the security gates?
No. Although we always have
people onsite during business hours, you can enter the property without our
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, and most credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
How do I make a payment?
You can stop by our
office to pay in person, use our 24-hour kiosk if we’re not here, mail us a
check, or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have
payments automatically charged to your credit card each month.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various
moving supplies in our office. We also have trucks available for rent.
How do I know which unit size I need?
You can use our quick
and painless [self storage calculator](storage calculator) on our website, call
our manager for phone assistance, or simply drop in. We’d love to show you
around and help you pick out a unit in person!
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. We have locks
available for purchase, although you’re more than welcome to bring your own
lock when you move in.
What items are not allowed in storage?
We prohibit the
following: liquids, explosives, flammable materials, toxic materials, and perishables.

What are your hours of operation?
We’re open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. We hope to see you soon!
